Do you double book your clients?
We do NOT double book. Your time in the salon will not be prolonged due servicing several clients at one time. It is a means to efficiently use my time while still respecting yours. The only exception to double booking is if a client specifically asks to have someone serviced with them and time allows, for example a mother and daughter.

Do you have long wait times?
Our reputation is that of a timely stylists. We pride ourselves on not making clients wait for long periods of time. We arrange my appointments so when clients arrive they are being serviced as close to their appointment time as possible. If there is ever a chance that we won't be able to service our clients within 10-15 minutes of their appointment time (because sometimes things happen), we are sure to contact them in advance to make them aware of the delay.

What is the atmosphere of your salon?
Our salon is very warm and inviting. Clients often describe it as homey (and fall asleep often). We maintain professionalism but enjoy that people feel comfortable in their surroundings. Some of our clients have become friends with others and look forward to seeing each other in the salon. It is a very friendly place.

Do you style children's hair?
We do service children who are 7 years old and older who are capable of sitting still in the chair and willing to get their hair done. Some children, specifically those with an extremely sensitive scalp, may not be quite ready for a salon visit.

Does your salon offer any other beauty services?
Alter Ego Salon currently is strictly a hair salon but hopes to grow and offer additional services. I am dedicated to finding stylists with elite talent and excellent customer service skills to maintain the environment I have worked hard to create in the salon.
