EVERYONE MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES IN THE SALON. I do have masks available if you would like to switch to a deposable mask. Cloth/reusable masks tend to get wet during the shampoo process.
I accept cash, however, credit/debit card or CashApp payments are preferred (credit/debit card processing fee is $2). Contactless pay with Google Wallet, Apple Pay or tap to pay cards is available as well.
In most cases appointments will be limited to one person at a time. If your service requires dryer or processing time another client may be serviced during that time. There will not be more than 3 clients in the salon at one time and all will be kept at a safe social distance. As always, you will be notified of any appointment delays prior to yours so adjustments can be made. Should you arrive while I am still servicing my previous client, you may choose to wait in your car and/or check with me as to whether it is ok to come in.
Upon arrival, EVERY client MUST wash their hands with SOAP AND WATER, dry with paper towel and THEN use hand sanitizer. I will be doing the same after each client. Gloves will not be permitted.
Every surface will be sanitized after EACH use. Please do not be offended. This is for the safety of us all.
Please DO NOT bring ANYONE with you to your appointment who isn't being serviced. They will NOT be allowed to wait for you in the salon.
Please do not bring multiple bags with you to your appointment. If need be, please hang them up on the coat rack or purse racks available throughout the salon. Please do NOT sit your purse/bag on the furniture.
It is IMPERATIVE that you do NOT come to the salon if you or anyone in your household has been experiencing ANY of the following symptoms, regardless of reason (i.e. allergies, cold, etc) ~sneezing ~coughing ~fever (no matter how slight) ~difficulty breathing ~shortness of breath ~chills ~weakness of any kind ~runny/stuffy nose ~unusual aches ~nausea/vomitting ~dizziness ~fatigue ~diarrhea or any of other symptoms listed at
If you or anyone in your household has: •been tested for COVID-19 and are awaiting results •feel/felt the need to get tested •been ordered to get tested •been exposed to someone awaiting test results •been exposed to someone in self or ordered quarantine please DO NOT book an appointment or CANCEL an already scheduled appointment and wait, a minimum of 10 days, before your next appointment. Salon capes will only be used for chemical or haircut services as not to reuse them on multiple clients and to reduce the amount of laundry. All combs, brushes and other tools will continue to be cleaned AND SANITIZED after each use.
I, as the stylist, assume more risk because I am servicing multiple people in one day and still have to go home to my children each night. For this reason there will be NO EXCEPTIONS to any of these guidelines. I want to keep you all safe and have to consider my family's well being also. Failure to follow these precautions will result in forfeiture of your appointment and possibly the cost of your service or late cancel fees.
